Turn a paid order into work your team can actually do — and into a stock level you can trust.
Orders become jobs, not notifications
When an order is paid, Bossy builds a picking job for it: one line per mapped item, the quantities to pick, and the checklist your team follows to pack it — with photo proof or manager sign-off if you want it.
Stock is reserved the moment the order lands
Bossy reserves the quantity as soon as a paid order arrives and converts those reservations into real stock movements when the job is completed. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the reservations are released automatically.
Shopify gets the truth back
After every stock movement, Bossy pushes the recalculated available quantity back to the Shopify location you mapped, so your storefront sells against what you actually have.
Unmapped variants stay out of the way
Anything you don't map — drop-ship, third-party fulfillment, digital goods — is simply left alone: it reserves nothing and pushes nothing.
Customer data never reaches Bossy
Bossy requests order data with Shopify's customer-data minimization turned on: names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses are excluded before they ever leave Shopify. Your jobs reference the order number.
Available on the Shopify App Store. One flat $79/month covers the whole Bossy platform — tasks, checklists, scheduling, the time clock, inventory, and team messaging — billed through your Shopify account.

Attach a Notion SOP to a task or checklist and your team sees it right on the job — no tab-switching, no hunting for the doc.
Always the current version
Bossy keeps a copy of each linked page and refreshes it when the page changes in Notion, so the instructions on the job are the ones you wrote.
Publish reports to Notion
Choose a Notion page and every scheduled report delivery also publishes a page under it — your numbers land where your team already reads.
