How does per-seat pricing work?

Every plan includes a set number of seats. Beyond that, paid plans add seats at a flat per-seat rate, and Free adds seats in blocks of 10. No hard caps, no surprise tier jumps.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; changes are prorated and your data stays intact.

What counts as a user?

Anyone with a login: owners, managers, supervisors, and frontline workers all count as seats.

Do you discount multiple locations?

Yes. Each additional location is billed at half the base price.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, Free includes tasks, assignments, and the verification queue for up to 10 users, free forever.
