Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee and the money from every order is yours. What customers pay online goes through Stripe, which charges its processing fee like any card terminal. Cash reaches you in full.
Are there costs beyond the monthly fee?
Only for the services you use, and each one bills you directly: Stripe takes its fee on each online payment, Meta charges a small fee for each WhatsApp message your customer receives, and Uber Direct charges each delivery to the card you put on file. We don't take a commission per order.
Do I have to leave Rappi, DiDi or Uber Eats?
No. The apps can keep bringing you new customers. Your site is for the people who already know you and would rather order from you directly. It can link to your apps.
How will my customers get to my site?
Your site isn't a marketplace like the apps, so it won't bring you new customers on its own. It's for the people who already know you: put the link on your Google profile, your Instagram and your WhatsApp, and when someone messages you to order, send them the link. You can also put a QR code on your bags and your counter.
What is Bossy, and why is it included?
Bossy is the operations platform for restaurant teams: scheduling, time clock, checklists, inventory, reports and Loop, your team's messaging. Your monthly fee includes the Scale + plan for your locations. That way reservations know how many staff you have on shift, and your team works in one system.
Do my customers have to download an app or make an account?
No. They open your site (it's in Spanish), pick their dishes and order with their first name, last name and WhatsApp number.
What equipment do I need in the kitchen?
An iMin terminal with internet and 80 mm thermal paper. That's where every order rings and the tickets print. The order screen opens in any browser, but the loud alarm and automatic printing need the terminal. For now it doesn't print to Epson or Star printers.
I don't have drivers. Does it work for me?
Yes. The system books a driver per trip when the order is ready, and you pay per delivery with no salary to carry. You can also take pickup orders only, or use your own driver.
How do I know if a bank transfer came through?
You don't have to check. The transfer goes through Stripe, and once Stripe confirms it, the order is marked paid on the screen and on the ticket.
How do reservations work?
You turn them on per location and tell us how many tables you have. Customers book a table from your site, and the system only offers times when there's a free table and staff on shift, based on your schedule in Bossy.
How does the loyalty program work?
Customers earn points when they order from you online or at the counter and trade them for rewards we set up with you. At the counter you look them up by phone number.
Can I change prices and mark dishes sold out myself?
Yes. You change prices, dishes and photos from your phone. Sold-out dishes are marked with one tap on each location's screen.
Does it work with several locations?
Each location has its own opening hours, delivery zone and fee, sold-out list and order screen. You see all of them from the same panel.
Does it connect to my POS?
Not yet. Your POS stays as it is and orders from your site arrive on their own screen. If you need them in your POS, today they're entered by hand.
What if the internet goes down?
The terminal needs internet to receive orders. If it disconnects, the screen shows a red warning so nobody loses an order without noticing.
Can I issue invoices?
The site doesn't issue invoices (CFDI) yet. If a customer asks for one, you do it the way you do today.
