Bossy is built for frontline teams, which means it has to work for everyone on the team. We are committed to making our product and website accessible and usable.
Our approach
We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard. In day-to-day development this means we work toward:
- semantic, keyboard-navigable interfaces;
- text alternatives for meaningful images and clear labels on interactive controls;
- sufficient color contrast and support for both light and dark themes;
- respecting system preferences where appropriate.
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time certification. Some areas may not yet fully meet our target, and we prioritize fixes based on impact.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in Bossy, please tell us — it helps us fix it faster. Email support@bossyhq.com with a description of the issue, the page or screen, and the assistive technology you were using if applicable.
