Bossy respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how to report copyright infringement or abuse.

Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on Bossy infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  3. identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it;
  4. your contact information (address, telephone number, and email);
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

Send notices to our designated agent:

Northwest Registered Agent, Inc. 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816 Email: support@bossyhq.com

We will respond to valid notices, which may include removing or disabling access to the material and, where appropriate, terminating repeat infringers.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the equivalent information and statements required by the DMCA to the same contact.
