SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

These terms apply to SMS and WhatsApp messages sent by Bossy. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Bossy sends operational notifications by SMS and/or WhatsApp on behalf of the business you work for or manage — for example, task assignments, schedule changes, shift reminders, and coverage requests. This is a one-way notification program; it is not a marketing program.
Opting in
You opt in when you (or your employer on your behalf, with your consent) enable mobile notifications and provide a mobile number in Bossy. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of employment or of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your role and your organization's activity (for example, how many shifts or tasks are assigned to you).
Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bossy does not charge you for these messages.
Opting out and help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. You may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact support@bossyhq.com.
You can also disable mobile notifications at any time in your Bossy notification settings.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and messaging activity are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
